To enhance employees' professional skills and business capabilities, strengthen team building and corporate culture, and cultivate a positive company image, Hunan Dongyun Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. held a business etiquette training session on August 25, 2023. Vice General Manager Chen Yanming and Assistant to the Chairman Jiang Yu attended the training.

This training invited Zeng Yixin, founder of Hunan Lady Culture, registered international vocational trainer of ISODC, national senior etiquette trainer, and senior etiquette image consultant, to conduct the session. Ms. Zeng, tailoring the instruction to the company's business nature and project characteristics, used numerous cases to explain basic knowledge of appearance, demeanor, communication, and business reception in an easy-to-understand manner. Through a combination of theory, case studies, and interactive sessions, trainees actively participated and gained a deep understanding of essential business etiquette.

During the training, Ms. Zeng set up scenarios based on four aspects: professional etiquette cultivation, business image management, business reception charm presentation, and the way of applying business etiquette. Through interactive sessions such as watching videos and answering questions, and handshakes between men and women, the trainees' enthusiasm was effectively stimulated. The training blended education with entertainment and fun, allowing everyone to master highly practical social etiquette knowledge.

During the training, three socialites, one male and one female best image ambassadors, were selected and awarded by company leaders. Awards were also given to the top eight performers in the on-site business assessment and four colleagues who provided support for the training. The training concluded with Ms. Zeng's summary speech and best wishes. The half-day training concluded with warm applause.

This training not only provided a new understanding of business etiquette concepts and practical operations but also laid a solid foundation for enhancing the company's overall image. We believe that each trainee will carefully understand the training content, learn by analogy, and apply business etiquette and business reception knowledge to their actual work, thereby truly improving their professional image and accomplishment, and enhancing the company's cultural soft power and competitiveness.
