With the gentle breeze, moving forward
To foster a healthy and positive team-building culture, enrich employees' leisure lives after intense work, and allow employees to be happy and relaxed, and also to enhance communication and exchange between members of various departments and strengthen team cohesion, the company organized a one-day trip to "Quanlu Mountain Villa" on November 25th.
Arriving at the villa by bus, under the organization of the comprehensive management department, everyone gathered together for a group photo. After the photo, more than 60 people on site randomly formed 7 teams. Under the guidance of the coach, everyone started warming up with cheerful music, with each team member shoulder to shoulder, relaxing each other. The joyful and interesting atmosphere immediately reduced the strangeness between team members. Amidst this laughter and joy, the ice-breaking activity officially kicked off.
Ice-breaking activities
Ten people, nine legs: This project is carried out by teams, with the same number of people in each team, lined up horizontally, with adjacent people tying their legs together, running around the stool back to the starting point together. The team with the shortest time wins.

Beads traveling thousands of miles: Each team has a ping-pong ball, each team member holds a semi-circular ball trough, and the ball is continuously passed (rolled) to the next team member's trough, and quickly moved to the end of the team to continue passing the ball from the front team member, until the ball safely reaches the designated destination (small cup), the team with the shortest time wins.
Project 2: Beads traveling thousands of miles
After the ice-breaking activities, everyone came to the venue to participate in the "Dongyun Supply Chain (2023) First Half of the Year Excellent Employee and Excellent Manager Award Ceremony". Jiang Yu, the assistant to the chairman, announced that Li Ying was the winner of the Excellent Manager, and Qin Xiaohua, Wu Rong, Pan Rufei, Deng Yanxia, Yin Xiaohong, Wang Shengjuan, and Sun Yangzhen were the winners of Excellent Employees. They were awarded certificates of merit. Li Ying, the excellent manager, and Qin Xiaohua, the representative of excellent employees, shared their experiences.
Approaching noon, Zhong Tiejun, the executive deputy general manager, gave a summary speech on the activity: "The excellent managers and employees selected this time have performed very outstandingly in terms of work performance, attitude, and skills. This spirit is worth promoting in our company and should be a benchmark and model for the company." Zhong said that he hoped that under the leadership of various departments and leaders in the company, this spirit could be carried forward in both management and grassroots levels, making Dongyun Supply Chain better and better.

Through ice-breaking activities, everyone can relax, relieve stress, and enjoy the fun of life in the game, while also strengthening the company's employees' teamwork awareness, improving the cooperation and trust between team members, and training the trainees' teamwork and coordination abilities.
