　　 In the vibrant month of March, we celebrated the 115th International Women's Day. To express our care and best wishes to all female employees, Dongyun Procurement meticulously prepared a warm and romantic "She Power in Full Bloom" themed tea party, allowing each female employee to fully enjoy the warmth and shine brilliantly on their special day.

Entering the venue, a warm atmosphere enveloped us. On the electronic display screen, an elegant woman in a traditional qipao held a bouquet of vibrant flowers, with a slight upward curve of her lips, revealing a warm and confident smile. On the conference table, various fruit platters and cakes of different flavors were arranged artfully. On the table by the window, heartwarming holiday gifts were neatly arranged. Every detail in the venue fully demonstrated the company's importance and care for female employees.

　　The tea party officially opened in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Zouqiong from the Comprehensive Management Department was the first to extend holiday greetings and best wishes to all female employees. She spoke with feeling: "Women, with their delicate shoulders, support half the sky; with their delicate hearts, they warm the whole world. May every woman have dreams in their hearts, light in their eyes, and a path under their feet, living as their most beloved selves!"

　　 Following this, Chen Yanming, the specially invited guest and deputy general manager of the Investment and Financing Department, delivered an enthusiastic speech on behalf of the company's leadership. He highly affirmed the key role played by female employees in the company's development process and shared his profound understanding of women's strength: "Hardships in life are never absent, and the hardships women endure are often more than men. In the face of hardship, we must remain steadfast, learning to use wisdom and perseverance to meet challenges." Mr. Chen also encouraged everyone to read more, drawing wisdom and strength from books, continuously improving themselves, and achieving a wonderful life.

Everyone expressed their gratitude for the company's carefully prepared holiday surprises and said that they would contribute their strength to the company's development with even greater enthusiasm and high spirits in the future.
