On July 21, Lai Kunming, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, led officials from various district departments and affiliated enterprises to visit Dongyun's centralized procurement for a special investigation on "intelligent construction," focusing on the achievements of the "supply chain digitalization driving intelligent construction, and industrial ecological synergy amplifying efficiency" system construction.

The research team conducted on-site inspections of Dongyun's centralized procurement's full-category building materials storage warehouse and intelligent processing workshop for high-end customized panels, and listened in detail to the construction of its core system. This system relies on the group's intelligent collaboration platform with complete sets of power distribution, HVAC, intelligent weak electricity, windows, and high-end customization business units to achieve real-time data sharing, building a "demand-production-procurement" full-chain linkage mechanism. Customer needs are directly transmitted to the production end of each business unit in real time, and procurement data is simultaneously fed back to the group's control center, forming a full-process digital closed loop from order to delivery. Through the digital response mode of "one-click ordering and intelligent diversion," the delivery, reconciliation, and return receipt links are generated with one click, not only improving response speed and ensuring process accuracy, but also optimizing resource allocation through the collaboration platform to achieve a full-process data closed loop.

Lai Kunming spoke highly of Dongyun's intelligent collaboration system, affirming its standardized online and offline operation model, outstanding achievements in the construction field, and solid foundation in terms of scale expansion, customer development, supplier management, and warehouse operation. He emphasized that relevant departments should strengthen policy support and resource docking services to escort the company's in-depth development. During the investigation, the heads of district departments had in-depth exchanges with the enterprise, offering suggestions for development and interpreting the latest preferential policies for enterprises on site. Lai Kunming requested that district-owned units such as the Economic Development Group, Urban Investment Company, and Industrial Investment Company strengthen communication and coordination with Dongyun's centralized procurement to promote the large-scale promotion and capacity improvement of the relevant model.

Lai Kunming inquired in detail about the progress of the East Africa Hunan Industrial Park built by Dongyun's centralized procurement in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This industrial park is a practical project launched by Dongyun's centralized procurement under the guidance of the national "Belt and Road" initiative and the opportunity for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation to settle in Hunan, actively responding to the national call and under the guidance of government policies. The industrial park covers building materials, medical equipment, electrical appliances, second-hand engineering equipment, daily chemical products, and other fields, providing international logistics services. At the same time, the industrial park builds a platform for excess domestic production capacity to go overseas, helping enterprises to carry out production and assembly overseas, solving the dilemma of domestic industry competition and adding foreign exchange income for the country. Lai Kunming affirmed the enterprise's practice of exporting China's advanced management concepts, equipment capabilities, and industrial technologies, pointing out that this move not only helps local urban construction and infrastructure upgrades, drives investment, creates jobs, and increases tax revenue, but also promotes the construction of a modern industrial system and local supply chain ecosystem with self-blood-building capabilities, injecting impetus into Africa's industrial upgrading, practicing the concept of sustainable development with mutual benefit and win-win results, and requesting that the Free Trade Zone Office provide policy support for enterprises to go overseas, with the head of the Free Trade Zone Office giving specific business suggestions simultaneously.
