Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to maintain and service various company customer resources, including cooperating project units and construction companies; regularly and irregularly visit important company customers, understand and handle problems in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships;
2. Lead the team to develop customer resources, including various construction companies and engineering project companies, to promote cooperation and strive for maximum business conversion;
3. Establish departmental business operation processes and operational standards, organize training, implement and check;
4. Participate in the control and signing of major contract negotiations, and provide guidance, review, and approval for general sales contracts and agreements;
5. Clarify the key performance indicators of various positions in the department at various stages, and complete the performance appraisal and evaluation of employees in the department in accordance with the company's performance management methods.
Job Requirements
1. Junior college or above, majoring in marketing, economics, business administration, or related fields;
2. 5 years or more of relevant industry experience, 3 years of sales management experience;
3. Be familiar with the current situation and development trend of the industry, understand the company's target customers, and be familiar with economic contract knowledge;
4. Strong team management ability, negotiation ability, market planning and analysis ability, and communication and coordination ability; possess keen market perception and strong stress resistance; possess strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
